Ice bags were placed in Walk in cooler to maintain temperature 41F or below.

This violation must be corrected by : 10/28/09. Repair service had been in and checked both walk in and reach in coolers and temperature was in the 30s, he is ordering a part for reach in cooler and walk iin cooler he recommended a curtain. At callback inspection the cooler was reading 50F but no potential hazardous foods inside bottom area. They had placed a tray of deli meats in top area of cooler to prep some sandwiches and then placed. The operator called repair service to come out again tomorrow to check for times coolers were going in defrost mode.
