  • Observed attached equipment, hood filters and surrounding surfaces soiled with heavy accumulated runny drippy grease.
  • Observed attached equipment AC type vent in kitchen near dishwasher heavily soiled with accumulated dust and grease.
  • Observed improper storage in boiler room/water heater room. Bags, boxes and other items on floor around gas waterheater.
