I was refused service by Jenner(the store manager, stating I was bein unreasonable) for requesting my cheese be meltled, after which she originally stated that would not be a problem. I was willing to pay after they refunded me. I was reasonable, and not loud and very professional. However, I can't even phathom being denied service at McDonalds due to asking for a hot sandwich. I called the store back and asked for Jennifer's last name and they person hung up on me.
