  • Basic - Nonfood-grade plastic to-go/thank you bags used in direct contact to store food. McDonald to go bag used in direct contact with breakfast beef, Reach in freezer by grill **Corrected On-Site**
  • Basic - Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Grease on the wire rack tray on the clean dish shelf by Three Compartment Sink
  • Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Glass door Reach in cooler by the register and salad Reach in cooler by drive thru payment window. Please make sure all employee drink need to have lid and straw and identify.
  • Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. One in the front counter by ice cream machine, another on the top of Reach in cooler for salad next to drive thru payment window. **Corrected On-Site**

  • High Priority - Live, small flying insects in food preparation area. Couple flies found by the both drive thru window.

A tray of shell eggs set on the side of grill 64°F took out from Reach in cooler about 15 min ago per employee, discusses Time as Public Health Control with manager and manager put on time sticker.
