I had a bad experience here, #1,It took about 15 min. to receive our breakfast order even though there were very few customers in the restaurant,they seemed more interested in serving the drive thru customers. #2, I kindly asked an employee not to sweep around us while we were eating. He left and soon returned saying the manager told him to sweep anyway-all this thru an interpreter as he spoke no English.
I asked to see the manager to lodge my complaint,she approached me in a defensive manner saying she told him to clean around me and my mother.
#3,this is what upset me the most, she called me a RACIST because I said the employee should know some English to be able to deal with customers. I thought this
comment from her was uncalled for.
I am from Puerto Rico, I came here over 50 years ago,I learned the language and worked a job for over 40 years. I am proud to be an American.
I've frequented McDonald's all my life and this is my first bad experience.

I have to say that McDonald's has done a swell job at up keeping their restaurant since the remodel. When standing in line waiting for my food, I have always been the type to peek, look behind the counter to observe the cleanliness, which for them I would give a grade A. I know of other fast food chains, one particularly one not to far away that was just just redone and looking behind their counter is disgusting. I would definitely like to note of this that, in my experience, the customer service is excellent. I will continue to eat at this location in the future. before I end this I would also like to note that when you step back and look at the workers, they are clean, and there a Spanish, Black and White workers. Great job store #1477.. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!
