Corrective measures taken. Operator thinks the problem originated with the dish machine. Dish machine was fixed yesterday and a cleaning company is scheduled to come in tonight.

  • Intermediate - Ambient air thermometer in holding unit not accurate within plus or minus 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed thermometer in cooler across from water heater not working properly.
