However, foul odor still prevails. Another issue of concern is that there is what appears to be sewage with a foul odor in the back of the building with several dead frogs in it. Operator swept it away and states that it is from cleaning trash cans outside last night. Per operator, unit was pumped and he's ordered a new unit which will arrived in a couple of weeks. Will do a time extend with a 60-day callback per discussion with Ms. Tolbert.
