the food or service may or may not be great. but when you walk up to the window it's hard to tell if they are even open. we ordered two cheeseburgers and a peanut butter shake. I see the girl grab the buns and start preparing the food WITHOUT GLOVES!!!!! Appalled, I immediately told the cashier "she has no gloves on? I want my money back!" they look at each other and the owner tells the cashier "just give them their money" I told the owner that "there is no excuse for not using gloves when handling food!" " take your money its none of your business, we use sanitizer" he said to me. I looked at him and yelled "not my business?! as a paying customer it is most certainly my business when that is my order!" enraged I left. the health dept was notified and hopefully they learn their lesson. As a previous food service worker there is absolutely no excuse to not use gloves, especially if you want repeat customers.
