We were at your drive-thru on tthe date and time stated below - we ordered steak nachos w/extra sour cream and gaucamole, a chalupa, cup of refried beans and cheese and 3 order of nachos and cheese. The beans were cold, we only had 1 order of nachos and cheese. The amount we spent was $14. and some change. I have tried to call the store and no one answers - my question is how hard is it to put 3 bags of chips and cups of cheese in a bag? My suggestion is that you better trian your employees to be more diligent in their jobs. I am very angry
