Ice is covering fan vents, built-up on nearly the entire floor (approximately 1/4 inch thick in many areas), shelving and boxes have frost build up. 2 sheet pans and one bucket are full of ice below cooling unit. Repeat Violation.
  • Critical - Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. [Raw burger 49degF at bottom of stack-56degF at top of stack in burger cooler next to grill.] Corrected On Site by immediately icing product trays, cooking off excess meat for lunch rush.

  • Observed ice/frost build-up throughout walk in freezer. Floor has slippery ice build up. Shelves, door curtains, boxes and packages have frost build up.
  • Critical - Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. [Salad cooler by front grill ambient air 61degF. Upper prep containers of cheese and cooked broccoli between 62 and 68degF.] Corrected On Site by icing down small portions of cheese and broccoli. No other potentially hazardous foods in cooler.
