Adoption or IVF?

Everyone I know that tried to adopt has succeeded. We adopted twice and so did 2 other couples that I know well. Every experience was different and some took much longer than others. But all were successful. While I know many couples that built their families through IVF, I also know several couples that were unsuccessful with IVF.

It depends I personally know families who have had great experiences with adoption and others who had absolute nightmares. There's no guarantees either way.

This experience is not exclusive to adoptive families - the same thing could be said of families with biological children. There are no guarantees with children, period
