Valdez, AK is the snowiest city in America, which also means that there are lots of clouds everywhere. If so, how do people there see the Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis? Just curious.

I live here in the MatSu Valley and we have a lot nights where there is aurora activity but it's overcast so we can't see them.
