For me, colloidal silver is the bomb. Spritz that up my sinuses and it kills everything. I used to get sinus infections regularly, but no more.
It also works when I feel like I'm getting a cold and my sinuses start stuffing up. I use it in a nasal spray bottle first, but will also do a lavage with it, using a few droppers of silver into my nose while standing with my head bent over.
You can get it as a nasal spray, in a dropper bottle, and as a salve (excellent for any type of skin cut or abrasion, and also stops bug bites from itching).
I get them often. And yet, have no allergies. 3 years later, still cant find a cause
You've had allergy testing done by a specialist? It may be the way your sinuses are structured. Have you had an MRI? Maybe you have scar tissue in your sinuses that's making your more susceptible to them. Hope you find the cause, they're no fun.
I've also started using NeilMed at the recommendation of my doctor. It's a saline spray under pressure so it gets farther up in the sinuses.
The silver is in incredibly tiny amounts and tiny particles. The product I use has a concentration of 10 ppm. According to the product literature, you can take 7 doses a day for 70 years and still be below the "EPA daily Oral Silver Reference Dose".
The guidelines mark a big shift toward using amoxicillin-clavulanate as the drug of choice instead of straight amoxicillin to help overcome antibiotic resistance.

Ended up with antibiotic resistance in the first place because of over use of antibiotics! It is possible for our immune system to fight infections, that's why we have white blood cells etc.

I find this medicine, which is also called Augmentin (by adding the acid to amox.) to not be as effective as Zpak. My sinus infection laughs at the amox-clav combo.
While this med works for some people, there could be a price to pay - see hepatotoxicity AMOXICILLIN-CLAVULANATE
yep; see a doctor if its a infection. Like any infection might naturally be cured or might get worse and end up in hospital with complications.
so true! Great advice! There is someone in a neighboring community here who lost his lower extremities due to an out of control sinus infection that went untreated.
