OK so what does everyone do when the pollen allergy turns into sinusitis. I cannot stay in the house. I garden. I wear a mask but occasionally I forget. Yesterday I forgot and took the dog for a walk. Everything in the air blew right into me and I couldn't do anything about it. Today I am back with the head pain again, after I had just gotten rid of it a couple days ago.
Where do people move to so they can escape this misery? This season has been the worst ever here. Pollen charts are at the maximum and everyone is in the house.
