Take off the mask and it goes away
Lucky I only have to wear mine for short periods in stores or appointments cause we are starting back to wearing them when we are out

Re nasal discharge
There are different reason why my nose might be runny and I have to do different responses depending on the cause
Sometimes I can use a nasal spray w/grapefruit extract
Sometimes an allergy pill like Benedryl or Allegra
Sometimes just taking my mask off works

If you notice this ONLY when you are wearing your mask or for short time afterward then think it is reaction to the mask—maybe try different brand…
My masks make my nose itch and get runny but don’t have to wear them for hours at time

Again - it's NOT my masks. It's every single morning and last for several hours.

Are you drying your bed sheets outside where they pick up pollen and dust? Do you have an indoor cat?

Are you washing both your body and your hair before bedtime each night in order to remove dust & pollen? Do your pillows, mattress and box springs have covers that block dust mites?

I’m allergic to mold and mold spores and cold air makes things worse. Here is what I do to dry up. I use Flonase at night. I take a Claritin in the morning. And then when it’s really bad I use Sudafed (the good stuff they keep behind the pharmacy). I don’t step outside if the temperature is below 45 without a clean cotton mask on. It keeps the air I’m breathing warm.

Candle wax and dollar room spray used to get my allergies all riled up. Now I switched to Febreeze and stopped burning candles. All environmental allergies slowly but surely ceased. Then one day I burned one candle, and they came back for a couple of years. At some point they went away again. It's been a few years now. Now I won't even go near a burning candle.
