I would like to find out the pros and cons of this product. I would like to also know if anyone has suffered any side effects. I admit, I didn't do much research on the product before I ordered it, and now I'm reading a lot of negative press. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
I tried it for several months and felt no different and lost no weight and it did nothing for my energy level. I think it is just so much MLM hype like a lot of products that are supposed to be "cure all" products. I have switched to eating smaller portions, whole grains and vegies and fresh fruits. I feel great.
I've only been on it for a week and I found that it made me itchy and was wondering if anyone had similar problems or if they had any other things happen to them. I read somewhere that some people also had insomnia. I bought a 4 month supply so I suppose I'm stuck with it.
Great for folks who just "refuse" to eat fruit & veggies - Except if you have ANY food allergies. Juice Plus is a great, healthy product, but like anything else - what works for one person does not for another. I know folks who swear by it and ARE healthier for it. I also know folks who have had terrible allergic reactions to it. You know your body best.

My doctor recommends it. He said that he's had lots of patients who started taking it and feel more energetic, etc. I've been taking vitamin B12 and a multivitamin and feel the same way. I think that's what happens when you put nutrients in your body.
My MIL sells a similar product and swears by it. Personally, Moderator cut: not allowed . They get you all hyped up and then charge you way too much for the product. The thing she keeps saying is that I'm not getting anything out of a vitamin if it's a pill. I totally disagree.
For energy, take a B complex vitamin from your health food store. To prevent sickness, take echinacea off and on from your health food store. There are lots of things you can take that are just right for you that are much less expensive.

Reason: not allowed
Honestly... Every product out there is going to have its critics.
That seems like denial to me. Dozens of experts have written articles that criticized virtually every aspect of Juice Plus, including the product's contents, questionable reseach, misleading claims, and deceptive advertising. They can't be dismissed in one fell swoop with a simple statement that every product has critics.
When was the last time institutions like the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Clinic, University of California Berkeley Wellness Letter, and University of Pennsylvania Abrahamson Cancer Center specifically criticized other supplement products like One-A-Day or Centrum?
Juice Plus fanatics like to claim that it is the most researched supplement product in the world. I don't know if that is true, but it does seem to be one of the most widely criticized supplement products around.
I'll stick to my juicer and fresh squeezed fruit and veggie juices. For people that don't have 'time' to make fresh juice, it takes a total of 8-10 minutes to make it, drink it, and clean the juicer afterwards.
I am contemplating a purchase of JuicePlus. I went through every single URL you provided but none of the links are working. I also searched each site but nothing is coming up for JuicePlus. I am looking for negative information to weigh my options but so far I cannot find anything on the negative side to support my decision to not purchase JuicePlus.
Do you have any additional details you can provide on research counterclaims? I know I am a new poster, but I would appreciate your feedback.
