How dare you pick those Cavs over the Knicks. Shame! I think the Knicks can win this series. Knicks win series 4-2. You heard it here.
Maybe i jinxed the Cavs. Most of the time when I have gone against the Knicks they proved me wrong.
But I think the X factor is Brunsen. He proved last year that he can elevate his game in the playoffs. You need a Jimmy Butler type of guy when it counts. And the Knicks have that. I think Cleveland is another year away from a deep run.
The injuries so early in the playoffs are a real bummer. Giannis, Herro and Ja are major pieces for teams to be missing even for a couple of games. I wouldn't be surprised if Jaylen Brown sits out tonight because his hand laceration was aggravated in the first game.
Immanuel Quickley suddenly needs to rediscover his sixth sense. RJ Barrett can’t buy many buckets right now, either. Quickley, the Knicks’ all-important Sixth Man of the Year finalist, puzzlingly endured his second consecutive quiet offensive game as the Cavaliers evened first-round playoff series with a thorough 107-90 win in Game 2. And Barrett now is shooting 25.0 percent (6-for-24) through two games after missing eight of 12 attempts Tuesday night at Rocket Mortgage Field House.
Those two better wake up and smell the coffee. It's the playoffs guys!
Wish I could have stayed up for that Suns/Clippers game. Westbrook/Kawhi vs Booker/Durant. This should be a conf. finals not a first round matchup. Can't wait to watch this matchup over the weekend when I can watch the west coast games.
