I for one loved hearing Lebron complain about the officiating (him, of all people, the one player who benefits the most from the refs) and watching AD take his ball and go home in the post-game interview. I don't expect the Nuggets to sweep, but it would be glorious! I'm thinking they split in LA, and Nuggets win in five.
Has to be frustrating for him.......completely hung out to dry on that last play, and while he is playing great offense and good defense for stretches, it just isn't enough. When it mattered most in the last 4 minutes, Jokic backed him down easily and scored, and then Murray isolated and hit the game-winner. The lack of perimeter defenders on the Lakers makes his job so difficult.

Its a great comparison. Class vs. Trash.
LA will be banking on another 9-24 for Murray in Game 3 and 4, or else I smell another sweep.

And Murray 8-21 again.
But Gordon was dominant with 29 points 12-18fg 15reb, and Porter 20 points, Jokic the usual.

Had 2 of Russell's 3's went in, it would have been close. 0 points for the game. Minnesota seems like they won the trade. He is too inconsistent.

Maybe, but the Denver were running out the clock a bit at the end (and had 3 turnovers in the last couple of minutes), so I think Denver would have scored more if the Lakers got close.

But the Lakers played a good Game 3 overall, and Anthony Davis dominated for 3-quarters... but only attempted a couple of shots in the 4th quarter.

Game 1
Lakers 22 assists, 12 turnovers
Nuggets 27 assists, 4 turnovers

Game 2
Lakers 24 assists, 14 turnovers
Nuggets 26 assists, 9 turnovers

Game 3
Lakers 23 assists, 7 turnovers
Nuggets 27 assists, 13 turnovers

Lebrons decision to have the lakers trade for russ has messed them up. The lost kuzma, kcp, and a first round pick. Had that not happened, lakers would be better now. Game 2 and game 3 against nuggets was winnable.

Nice to see the Nuggets win again, and it still feels like they haven't played a great game in the series yet. I hope the sweep happens tomorrow night.

What did everyone think about Russel eating snacks during a team huddle / time out? Not a good look, that's for sure. The Lakers seem to be imploding.

When you consider Murray is capable of scoring multiple 50 point games in the playoffs, the Lakers are very lucky he's shot 9-24, 9-24 again and 8-21.
Game 4 could be easier for Denver, depending on Murray.
Its not like he's lost athleticism, so he's still capable of scoring big.
And even mentally he's in a good place, with that flawless game-winner.
