Thoughts in the Top 10? Texas a good number 1? Kentucky?
As a Kentucky Fan, I think they are a bit over rated......
I dont think they are overratted, I think their time will come to lose a game really soon, they have just had too many close calls, back to being overrated, the thing is , who deserves the spot more than KY? Maybe Kansas but I really cant think of another team.
I was surprised by Purdue after starting 14-0 but they have lost 3 strait,I wonder why.
and NC has 6 losses but is still in the top 25, all of their losses are to teams in the top 20, except that College of Charleston loss, but Northern Iowa is ranked ahead of UNC, the question is, is N.Iowa a better team than UNC?
The fact is, Texas was ranked #1 going into last night's game. If they are going to be #1 when the buzzer sounds at the end of the NCAA Champoinship game, they have to be a better free throw shooting team.
Even Memphis didn't prove my theory wrong.
-----" coming whinin seconds----- is-------" close, but no cigar" !
Impressed with the Pack's win over Duke tonight. In years past as bad as we were we usually always got at least one win against a top ten team, hope that will change to multiple wins this year.

This year's U of KY team is a college bball traditionalist nightmare. It has thoroughly proven that all you need to be #1 is to get all the one and done players on campus with a prima dona friendly coach. UK was horrible last year and is a contender this year because of a new coach and 3 NBA ready freshman. The days of Indiana going undefeated on a team with no future NBA draft picks are over.
That said I still think the one year rule is great for both college and the NBA. It keeps coaches from wasting time recruiting players who will never show up on campus, it lets schools reap huge profits from one year stars like Durant, Rose, and Wall, and it means fewer bad draft picks for the NBA - remember it's an NBA rule not a college rule. It means no more Kwame Browns or Sebastian Telfairs and more Kevin Durants.
