I am a female graduate student studying for my master's at LSU.

I am only one person.

I want a quiet apartment complex.

I want to be able to study, and I am also an introvert so the less noise the better. Basically, I don't want anything too close to tiger stadium or clubs.

I do not have a car so I want a complex on the Tiger Trails bus route or one that I am able to walk where I need to go.

Classes have a lot of online portions so I would need a complex where the internet capability is not a nightmare.

I prefer a one-bedroom, but if allowed I am willing to pay for a two-bedroom that I can have by myself.

However, I am also willing to get a roommate if need be.

Rent wise I can only go to the $700's even though honestly that's pushing it.

More comfortably would be a one or two-bedroom around $500 or $600's.

I strongly prefer it to be already furnished. Since this complex would only be lived in while I am in grad school I don't want to treat it like it's a permanent home by buying furniture.

These are not do or die wants, but I would prefer a complex's where utilities and pest control were included in the rent. However, as stated these are negotiable. I don't have to have them.

My four biggest needs are being within my budget for rent, quiet, tiger trails, and furnished.

These look promising after some mild research.

The Oliver
Sterling Northgate
Cambridge
Gaslite
The Quarters
The Hub
Campus Crossing at Brightside

What do you all think?
Pros.. Cons...?
What fits my needs the best?
