Well, the whole state is on lock down until April 30th, isn't it? How does incoming flights work with that?

We aren’t visitors or tourists. We have purchased property there and will be residents. We are staying with family and will be self-quarantined at a residence - not a hotel, until our home is ready for us.

We have been staying at home to avoid exposure. We will be wearing a mask while enroute to Hilo. This trip to Hilo is not for a vacation. If we could postpone we would. We have to be out of our home by April 15.

Oh my, Luau Time, you are in a sticky situation. Good to hear about your precautionary measures. Best of luck and stay healthy.

My home is under contract as a 1031 exchange with a generous, flexible rent back option for me. We'll see how this goes.

I' m not belittling the risk, especially to our kapuna and medical pre-exsisting. And I know everyone will respond differently.

So this is just for information: I personally know 2 people on the mainland who "have " CV-19 and for both of them, it's MINOR !!!!!!- yes, a lot of body aches, and overall weakness and tiredness.

BUT: no fever, no coughing, no runny nose, no sore throat, no nausea, no headache.

They say they have had hangovers much worse then this .

These are meat eaters, semi healthy normally.

They ARE taking multi-vitamins and immune supplements, extended release Vitamin C , and taking Zinc, selenium, Vit D3 , Elderberry immune support supplements.

Many people get it but don't have any symptoms - ever. That is the real problem - you don't even know you have it - and your 80 year Mother gets it from you - who may get very sick.

As it turns out, my grandson had it back in January, but they didn't know what it was. It has since been confirmed as Covid19. It made him quite ill but he is fully recovered.

Disclaimer - He is in Michigan, not the islands

Good questions. I'd imagine that they retested his labs.
