I heard over the weekend from someone that Black Market is moving from 5 points south to the old Avondale Common House. Anybody know that to be true?

The 600 tower has some very cool interesting aesthetic around the base of the building, particular seen at night.

Also, the 2121 building now has gots to be one of the coolest building downtown after the renovations. The neon lights that had with the new colors did wonders for that building. Wish more building would follow suit.

Sounds like the city might be on the way to getting the land back.

That is definitely a high profile piece of property in the Uptown area! Hopefully the city can get it back.

I had no idea this had been going on that long. I've lost track of how long that incomplete shell has been standing. Crazy.

The church was in Collegeville. When the city decided to build a new overpass bridge there because of the train issues, the church is where the new bridge was constructed. So the city gifted them plus funds to build across from TopGolf. I assume they need more funds to complete it, but decided against it. They moved to Roebuck, where they are at now.
