Right now I'm reading Lake Success by Gary Shteyngart and the main character collects watches, so I've gone online to look at some of the watches he collects.

I read mostly british/scottish/irish police type mysteries with some other stuff sprinkled in. So I'm often googling slang on my phone. I stop and google on my phone a lot. Also liquors, foods etc. I also call up towns and areas a lot on google maps.

I just started In the Woods (Dublin Murder Squad #1). And already have 4 more of the series lined up since it's so good.

Very few will be as good. But there's a thread on the author, so she's known and respected.

I'm reading the latest Stuart MacBride police procedural and looked up:

sharny
shanty
harling
drystane (gorgeous!)
slainte mhath
slainte mhor
loons and quines
up-and-over door
