Yes, the annual auction. Every employee had to work that, it didn't matter who you were. I only got out of it because my 1st baby was due in a couple of weeks.

NPR switched for a news source to a commentary source. They've managed to develop bias and you can find that anywhere. meh.

It is surely true that media has democratized, resulting far more products that further divide attention/listeners/viewers. The old guard gets smaller slices of the pie.
