Somebody who will return fire when they get hit below the belt by him, dude goes low about as much as anyone I've ever seen.

In all seriousness though, Spence Jr. I think this kid could be special, he has all the tools. I think it'd be a stiff, stiff test for both of them.

Garcia is trying to build up a fight with Berto, so he certainly isn't looking to be taken seriously by the boxing community. I doubt we ever see him fight the likes of Thurman, Brook, Spence, Crawford if he moves up, or even Porter. I wouldn't be surprised if he has two or three more carefully chosen opponents and then retires.
