But this is my take,

Mayweather at 40 years old walked down a 29 year old knock out artist from UFC !! McGregor hit Mayweather 111 times because of the way Floyd fought the fight.

He could've easily outboxed Connor and danced to an easy UD.

But this was his grand finale so he wanted to go out in a bang and he did.

There's only a few you can seriously rank over Mayweather ?

Sugar Ray Robinson

Muhammad Ali

Sugar Ray Leonard

Prime Roy Jones was nasty but he fell off just like Tyson

The only logical conclusion to be drawn from this is that Conor McGregor is a better boxer than Manny Pacquiao who only hit Mayweather 81 times.

First of all, I don't know where they got those 111 punches from. I didn't see McGregor land 111 punches and what he did land were illegal blows and arm punches.

If Mayweather fought Pacquaio like he fought McGregor, Pacquaio would have landed 300 shots. Well actually he wouldn't have because he would have knocked Mayweather out long before that.

Look at what Pacquaio does to people that come forward. Look at what he did to Margarito. Clottey couldn't do anything.

You don't fight Pacquaio by walking into him.

I think it's crazy to draw that type of conclusion that McGregor is a better boxer. Mayweather could have fought off the back foot and made it a boring shut out against McGregor, but he didn't.

Mayweather wanted to make McGregor pay instead. He wanted to completely humiliate McGregor and make him feel helpless. It worked because McGregor quit in the ring like the bully that he is.

Pacquaio is no bully.

So much this. Mayweather knew what he was doing. You can't treat each opponent the same way. As the saying goes "them punches wasn't bunches" in Connor's case.

The 90s was the era of the heavyweights. NBA was insane back then too.

The 90s was a great era in sports. NBA, Boxing, WWF, Football, Hockey, Early UFC.
