Like I said, battery plants are usually build near car manufacturing hubs. In this case the Detroit/Windsor region.

I think Flint or Detroit itself would have deserved the battery plant more than Windsor. Windsor is already thriving amazingly well despite its proximity to Detroit.

I think you are aware that the word "deserve" carries many connotations of which very few would apply to corporations making business decisions.

I have no doubt that Flint and Detroit are both very deserving towns. I think you should write nice letters to the big business corporations with vested interests in those two towns and tell them what you think.

In the meantime keep the old adage in mind .... "If wishes were horses beggars would ride" .... and remember that with corporations the reality of the bottom dollar is the only thing that prevails with them.
