Click bait I’m sure, but Charleston ranks as the happiest city in the South at 22. Columbia at 95.

I can attest to Overland Park, daughter lived there, clean, refined, upscale and not too crowded.

Southern Living named Charleston the South’s best city for the eighth year in a row. It was in local news yesterday. Greenville was #6. Columbia was #5 on their list of the South’s best cities on the rise.

No. Greenville was #6 on the “Best Cities in the South” list (in other words, cities that have “arrived” according to the list). Columbia ranked #5 on the “Best Cities on the Rise” list (in other words, rising cities that haven’t yet arrived).
