On New Goff Mountain Road, Rt 622, there are some apartment buildings on the left if you are heading south toward Institute. The apartments are behind the CASE Machinery dealership and you can see one or two of the buildings from I-64 if you are heading east to Charleston. Does anyone know the name of these apartments and any information about them? Thanks.

are you talking about the ones right beside the road, because if so that is Tyler Heights Tyler Heights Apartments Ratings, Reviews, Map, Rents, and other Cross Lanes apartments for rent from ApartmentRatings.com (best Icould find)

There is another set of apartments/townhomes that is alot larger near there, but off the road. I know that they are gated, because I tried to drive up there one time. It is a pretty large and upscale place too. They are even expanding, but I don't know the name.

I wasn't sure if those were Tyler Heights or not. I never knew the name of them and the address doesn't show up on google maps.

The other apartments you are talking about are the Presidio. They are owned by Pope Properties. They have gotten some horrible reviews on some of the apartment websites and word of mouth around the Charleston area. Pope Properties, LLC. - Home

Yes, they do look nice. Apparently the owner and management do everything they can to micromanage, spy and berate the tenants. Also, word has it they will do anything to keep your deposit and keep you in your lease.

From looking at some of the review websites and the like, I haven't heard or read anything about the apartments except that with the ongoing construction things outside are staying dirty and lots of machinery around.

understandable.

With the area growing again, I'd expect more developments of townhomes/apartments to start poping up around that area.
