Me and my spouse are looking to relocate our family to North Dallas, TX from the Midwest. Taking in my in-laws, hopefully to a warmer climate! I'm on the market for remote work or hybrid opportunities in North Dallas, TX (that might allow me to start remotely first!). I've been in IT for 10+ years. Starting off as a Jr. Sysadmin and working myself up to a Systems Engineer. I consider myself a strong troubleshooter, big picture thinker, very resourceful, and a strong communicator. I am a great team player. I always make sure my teammates are "skilled up", and ensure that everyone (that needs to be) is kept in the loop. I don't consider myself a tech "guru" or "whiz", however I am a quick learner, adaptable, and I consider myself to have a great balance between people skills and technical skills. My previous roles have encompassed everything from Network Administration, Infrastructure Design, IT Security, to Azure web app development. I've been very fortunate to work in environments that allowed me to get exposed to an array of technologies.

Current role:
- Planning, and implementation of technology infrastructure, both on-premise and cloud.
- Deploy and implement Azure Web Apps infrastructure. Work alongside AppDev team to fortify and scale Cloud infrastructure and apps.
- Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) to Azure Active Directory (AAD) SSO migrations.
- VMware HA clusters: Design, implementation and management.
- Design and implementation of enterprise backup & disaster recovery strategy utilizing Veeam, tiered back stroage, and SANs (Pure Storage, Nimble).
- Vendor management: Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) services, Contractor management.
What I'm looking for:

- Min salary: 100k~ yearly
