I found this on skyscraperpage. It gives you plenty of national cities big and small. Cleveland is actually doing pretty well compared to most. Even cities the same size as Cleveland such as Kansas City, MO.

Looks like Cleveland finished the year with 120 homicides. Let's hope 2010 can bring that toll down.

From what I have heard, this year, murders have dropped significantly. Last report I heard(October 15, 2010), there was around 60 murders.
