Will be interesting to see the folks lining up for jobs in Sept., they may be surprised the better jobs were taken by the makers and not the takers (hopefully!!)

The Employment Coordinator leads and coordinates the engagement in academic, career, and social development for students receiving services from the Office of Inclusive Services (OIS).

here is a good job opening with a salary one could scratch by on. When a person with a Masters degree should be making nothing under 75 K :
preferred quailifiucations :
Master’s degree At least 3 years of experience working with students with disabilities in inclusive settings At least 3 years of direct support in working with adults with disabilities; age 18-35At least 3 years of experience in working with teams
The days of a masters degree meaning $75k or more per year are gone. Some Masters degrees are worth $300,000 per year. Some have negative value. I mean that literally -- a crappy MA from a crappy school is a negative mark that one should probably not mention on a resume. But there are plenty of Masters degrees that provide little value.

It seems like we should distinguish between white collar high-income jobs and lower-rate hourly jobs. No software developers are sitting on the sidelines because of the $300 unemployment boost. Does anyone have data showing how many would-be workers that are sitting on the sidelines are lower-rate hourly workers and how many previously had salaried, white collar jobs?

Nothing under $75k with a master's degree? That's not a realistic expectation. I have lots of friends with PhD's that make <$100k. In fact, a good friend of mine works for the Cheyenne (WY) school district with a Ph.D and just took a new job across town. The starting salary? $73k.
There's a huge difference between a MBA from Princeton and a Master's in educational leadership from UNC (Greeley). This Employment Coordinator position salary seems low for 2021, but I'd say only by about $10k. University/government jobs will always be lower than the private sector.
