This is over near Richland St, not on the Bull St campus
Okay, thanks. The article didn't include an address that I could see. A little misleading since most activity involving Bull Street has been on the renovated property.
According to the State a Tupelo Honey restaurant will be opening in the Bull Street development in 2024. This is a huge pull for the development and hopefully a sign of more things to come once the residential and infrastructure through the development are done.
Also since it’ll be right across the street from publico and with iron hill brewery bout to open up shop, Bullstreet
is really hitting its stride now. Hadn’t been an update in awhile on the food hall, hopefully that’s still coming.

I am really looking forward to all of it. I work just a mile away and can see lots of reasons to hangout there.
And the Food Hall what I am REALLY looking forward to.
Revisited portfolio on D3i website for the original site plan for Bull Street District showing the names/locations of tenants several years ago. Only one, Starbucks, actually has opened. Tupelo Honey and Iron Hill were not even on this original. Some companies have either gone out of business or downsized. Others have opened in other metro Columbia locations. Actually looking at the proposed tenants, I can’t say I’m that disappointed they didn’t materialize, except maybe like Brooks Brothers, Pottery Barn, H&M, PF Chang, and Firebirds.
I was surprised to see a Lucky Strike, since their other locations are all in much larger markets.
Did not see an Apple or a West Elm, though there were several unnamed tenants. Nor was there a grocery store.
Has anyone know or heard rumors of likely tenants?
Movie Theater would be a risky bet, and I hope no public money would go to support it. Existing theaters are sucking wind right now, and I don't want Columbia or Richland County to wager anything on it.
A grocery store would be a good idea, the downtown area doesn't have many options right now.
When is the Food Court thing that was talked about coming around? It was supposed to go into one of the churches right?

I checked into the food hall and couldn't find anything, so I assumed it had died on the vine.
