Photo #2 what is different for DirectTV and Dish and others?
So I see no mention of ATSC 1.0. it was a wild-shot, oh well. I don't believe there is a whole lot of OTA being tuned by Direct TV and Dish. That is done by the TV tuner.
I have an ancient Sony Trinitron would that work?
I had Roku programmed on the Orion to prepare for and consider Youtube TV.
------
I'll have to do without CBS for some time losing 25% of the channels needed.
Then find a second hand TV so what do I look for when buying another one?

The world of OTA went from analog to digital. Any flat screen TV in the past 20 years will have a digital tuner that will work fine. There are buzzwords you might look for like HDTV and ATSC.
I would guess the problem is either that the station changed something in the middle of the game (call them and ask), or something broke in your TV (buy a new one...oh, you already have!).

The problem is as I explained. His Orion device doesn't support ATSC 1.0 which is required to avoid ATSC 3.0 DRM encryption problems.
