April 19, 1993 Waco attack took place. I'm still out on who to blame for what. Either way, innocent children died due to a Man who thought he was a God, and then there were the ATF officers. It started February 28 and ended 50 days.
April 19, 1995 the Oklahoma bombing occurred. Horrific. The Fireman with the dead baby in his arms haunts me still.
April 20, 1999 Columbine shootout occurred. What this incident alone did too the American psyche is still being debated
And lastly April 20, 1989 was Adolf Hitler's birthday. ...April truly is the cruelest month.
And humans still do the worst things and don't care. History, read with caution. (sigh)

April has been tricky since AH's birthday was observed with terrorism on any front, and also I become a year older. Didn't T.S. Eliot say, "April is the cruelest month?" It's a high month for suicides, oddly enough. Maybe it's the revolution of rising expectations "Be happy, it's spring!" etc.

You have to believe that tomorrow will be a better day. If you don't have faith and hope in the future you will bring gloom and doom upon yourself. Yes it was a very intense week with evil attempting to disrupt our world..but evil is weak. It is as if you are in a crystal clear swimming pool - evil is like ink tossed into the pool...it is visible for a time but disperses and settles. This week is over and spring is here...Spring is the beginning of a new and fresh year - make use of it....enjoy your life the best you can.....I feel so sorry for the people who became casualties of evil which includes the perpetrators who tossed black ink into our waters....deadly mischief in the end is but an irritation...carry on - The world is a beautiful place.

With the advent of computers...The evil that we thought was minor in the world is now known to be more than we expected. Took a month viewing all sorts of Youtube videos. What I saw was distressing. There are thousands of horrors unreported by main stream media. I guess ignorance is bliss. Still we must carry on ....some of the things that caught my curious nature are things that I wished I never laid eyes on. With the information age came information that was better left alone.
