Great job from the government! Can you imagine this happening had Romney been elected? He's one of the "criminals."

Maybe “they” don’t think of it as a crime, but a simple loophole in why “they” don’t have to pay taxes on the money. Worse,,,, they call themselves loyal Americans, love the country and wrap themselves in the flag. "BS"

So you are fine claiming Romney is one of the "criminals", but you give a free pass to one of his most vocal critics? Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, who spent much of the 2012 election cycle laying into Romney about off shore money, has money in the Cayman Islands herself. This is why I find the left trying to co-opt the whole occupy movement so comical. Seven of the top ten wealthiest members of Congress are Democrats, but all we ever hear from the left is noise about those nasty, rich Republicans.

No I'm not OK with anyone off-shoring money and avoiding paying their fair share of taxes. But I'm certain the Republicans will not do anything about it, the Dems have.

The Dems are actually guilty of it. Wasserman-Schultz has money parked off shore, as does Pelosi. For all the talk of outsourcing in the 2012 election, Pelosi has a substantial financial stake in Modus Link Global, the very outsourcing firm the Dems tried to demonize Romney for involvement with. It's all just sort of hypocritical.

It's not political as to "who" put money off shore! It's about doing what is RIGHT under the laws of this nation. Criminals don't follow the laws, Republican, Librarian or Democrat! WRONG IS WRONG!

You didn't hear my point, I don't care if its Pelosi or Boener, that is cheating the country. The Dems are doing something about it (have collected $5B already), and I have zero faith that if the Repubs were in power that they'd do the same.

Romney is merely the poster-child for outsourcing earnings and jobs. It's part of why he lost the election.

No, I got your point. I just pointed out the glaring hypocrisy with your claim that Democrats are somehow responsible for this, and your attributing inaction on the part of Republicans that aren't in the Executive Branch at the moment. First, you can't have it both ways, and second, many of those guilty of this "crime" are the Dems you are giving credit to.

You really don't know if the Reps would have done something about it or not - since they're not in the position to - just like we'll never know if the Reps would have covered up Benjasi
