I ordered the insanity program through beachbodys website. I haven't regretted it although I do have to question my own sanity by doing it. It's the hardest workout I've ever done. And I'm a spin instructor!

It's been almost 2 weeks, right? How are you feeling/looking? I've heard if you're in good shape to begin with, the results happen much faster.

I'm progressing, I can see it in my photos but havent dropped a dress size yet, it's not as fast as I would like it to be (it never is ). Still I know there are no "quick fixes" so I will keep going for another two weeks of this, then I will start my build program. I wanted to get as much bodyfat off as I could before I hit the weights hard.

For the next few weeks I will add ice water, mustard, cinnamon and Tabasco sauce to anything I can in my diet. Also will add a cla supplement. All in hopes of speeding up my metabolism!

BTW Friday was my day of rest.

Mustard has Alot of health benefits but it speeds up your metabolism. Cinnamon and hot sauce also speed up you metabolism. Ice cold water helps too if your teeth aren't too sensitive it's an easy add.
