Insanity ROCKS!! Hubby and I are on month two - holy crap, it is insanity.

I can't imagine doing it without a partner. Although, before we started, I was really concerned about doing it with my husband. He is overweight, but generally fit. Me - overweight and haven't been fit in a decade. I really thought it would be a recipe for divorce. But it has been fantastic.

We repeated 2 weeks of month 1, just because it was so hard to get through. We wanted to actually participate in the entire workout, not just lay sweating and panting on the ground as observers. I've lost weight and inches. But even more important, I feel better than I have in years. I'm gaining strength AND coordination.

Our blood pressures has dropped significantly and my heart rate is much slower too.

Fit feels awesome!
