Karla, Did no one tell you that you should not be lifting mulch with a "small tear and fluid", you should not! But, you have a beautiful garden and I would probably be doing the same thing
I joined Curves today! One of my co-workers goes every lunch hour so I thought "why not". I was beginning to space out my workouts too far apart and this way I will exercise every Monday - Friday and still take my small walks with Cassy.
Evey does mace work on dogs? We have strays around here that are not so nice dogs. I never thought about mace.........
cassy I figured sine the doctor hasn't confirmed the tear,(can you trust the techs oppinon ? this was my first experience) and he didnt tell me to take it easy lol I am a loophole kinda gal.
I told my hubby that I only got 5 bags of mulch so I didn't have a lot to do this weekend he said then don't do anything,

I just *had* to post today, cuz I'm having a pig-out day. Pizza is in the oven. Glass of wine is in-hand. I think I'll have some dark chocolate for dessert.
In my "defense", I walked the dog for ~20 minutes, rode my bike to the grocery store, and then took a nice mellow road-bike "spin" for ~1 hour.
Location: Finally made it to Florida and lovin' every minute!
