Buy one get one free--BOGO--coupons are great. I got 12 disposable razors for the price of 4 today by using a BOGO and picking out the ones that had ''two extra.'' How can you not like that.......

I am a big coupon user. I like to visit Hot Coupon World for info on coupons, sales, sales/coupon cycles, etc. I have saved thousands of dollars in 1 1/2 years.

We are lucky when it comes to B1G1 coupons. Our Safeway and Riteaid will let you use those coupons when they have a B1G1 sale, so you get both items for free. I have a stockpile of toiletries thanks to the B1G1.

I do have to be selective when it comes to coupons. A large majority are for junk food, etc. But you can still get some amazing deals on things you will use like baking supplies, salads, drinks, cleaning products, ziplocks, etc.

Hi. So, you have all inspired me to use coupons. Now, I have a really dumb question. Everyone talks about double coupons. What is that? Does that mean two coupons for one item? Or, does the store just double it - like give you $1 off instead of the $.50 printed on the coupon? If the last one is true, then how do you know about the doubling thing?

I really receommend www.hotcouponworld.com too. You can learn a lot! They break it down buy store and state.

Double coupons- you have a 50¢ coupon and they double it to $1 off.

using 2 coupons for one item is not allowed. Only exception is if a store takes a manufacturer coupon and a store coupon on one item.

Not every store will double coupons. None in my area will. You need to ask at each store you go to. But I am still able to save alot by using coupons during good sales. I go to Hot Coupon World to see what deals everyone else are getting. There are forums for major grocery stores and drug stores. It seems hard at first. But once you catch on, it's super easy.

Our stores ONCE in a while will do this. Like this Week, they double everything up too $ 1.00
Of course I dont have the coupons for the stuff on sale, so I am passing on that.

As stated above unless its FREE I figure out if its something I need / or want/ or something I would normally buy.

Hot coupon World is super , I also will tell you its very addicting

They do save money and also offer a chance for variety in your shopping choices. I save $30 to $50 each trip
