I used to think 2 inches of rain was a heavy rain.

I was just browsing info on election candidates. It is interesting how many Delaware legislators are running unopposed.

I was noticing the same phenomena on Long Island. I guess many are just fed up across the board with politics.

Wow! He was disappointed it didn't sell for more? Really? The economy isn't hot.

Now that the SPCA does not handle stray dog/dog control does anyone know any thing about the folks who are doing it now? Recently we had an incident here in PotNets where a Pit Bull went through an open window knocking out the screen and attacked and killed a passing dog which was being walked by it's owner. The dog was picked up and the owners requested it be put down. few days laterI met the owner of the dog which had been killed . Person was very upset warning me to never walk my dog down that street again. It seems the folks now doing the dog catching refused to put the dog down and said if current owner did not take it back they would put it up for adoption,

Delaware office of Animal Welfare. Is who took over but I have no idea what recourse you would have in this case. It seems pretty serious to me, so I might start with the local troopers and ask what you should do.

Animal Welfare doesn't do that either? They're supposed to take care of animal control. At least they say they do.

Fortunately I was not personally involved. This is what the owner of the deceased dog told me. I have known this family for years and have no reason not to believe him.
