Cold and humid day today. Nearly anywhere else seems warmer with lower humidity today as far as major US cities are concerned

I went for a walk at lunch. I saw a couple flakes of snow and that was about it.

Don't look at the relative humidity. It's misleading. The dew point is only 30 degrees. That is dry. The RH is high because the air temp is 36 degrees.
