Food is very different from nicotine. There's no amount of nicotine that's good for you.

With food, it's the dose that makes the poison. Most foods can be good for you at the correct portion sizes but bad if overconsumed.

One eats to live OR lives to eat ! Coping, an emotional eater, the turns to food for comfort. Result? Two problems instead of one, the problem and weight gain.

My youngest son, a healthy eater, I asked Why, he didn't finish what he had on his plate, especially a food he so enjoyed. Oh Mama, I'll get sick !

This Thread has me thinking creativity; instead of bread, purchased shredded coleslaw mix for the base of my tuna salad
