Danny DeVito and his wife, Rhea Perlman
Sad about their split. But I don't think they "blew" their careers. They both work regularly and Danny has been been on It's Always Sunny in Philadelpha for years now. She had 3 kids and they are both retirement age so obviously something had to give. Sometimes it's just "change" and not "blowing it".

Yes he was!! Loved that miniseries.

While not an actress, I would say Kim Kardashian. Oh wait, I thought you said blew for their career. Nevermind.

CSI Miami is a "Successful comeback"

That series SUCKS
I bet he will have trouble finding work after that.

Financially very successful. He wasn't on NYPD blues long enough to financially secure his future.

I don't know if she has already been mentioned, but Chloe Sevigny sort of comes to mind. If you were able to watch The Brown Bunny until the end, then you know what I mean.

She blew it, but not her career.

She is the first person to come to mind when I read this. She was great in The Parent Trap, Herbie: Fully Loaded, and even Mean Girls. I know she was recently in a movie on TV and I'm sure she did well in that too. She's a very successful actress but when it comes to life, she seems to a little trouble with it.

Lol, that she did.

As for her career, though, I do recall that she faced a lot of angst over her "career move" with Vince Gallo, which appeared to have been universally hated (even by foreign markets). I personally wasn't disturbed by it so much as I was confused by it...

I suppose it's nonetheless fair to say that she has made a few respectable comebacks since that bizzaro little episode, which is good--I quite like Chloe Sevigny.

Elizabeth Berkely is probably the worst case. I don't know how promising of a career she had after Saved by the Bell, but doing Showgirls ruined whatever chances she had.
