They've been mentioned before, but I'll have to second (or third) Will Farrell (yawn) and Sarah Silverman (BIG yawn) and Ralphie May.
One I thought I'd absolutely hate was Katt Williams. I just saw his most recent special (it was taped about a year ago) and, aside from the title, found it quite funny. Glad I kept an open mind.
Can't stand Robin Williams, Jim Carrey or Will Farrell. Adam Sandler I can tolerate, but only for short periods of time.
So many comedians -- Billy Crystal, Roseanne Barr, Dennis Miller, Ellen DeGeneres come immediately to mind -- were funny at first, but eventually became caricatures of themselves and therefore unfunny.
Carrot Top...most un-funny guy I have ever seen in my life. I can't stand him...
Thank you. The guy is a total idiot without a single shred of talent. Any comedian with a gimmick, only gets famous because of that gimmick. Do anything that people haven't seen before and they will watch it for a little while. Then it is time to move on.
I can't believe I forgot Spade and Farley. Unbearably un-funny. Farrell was funny in the cheerleader skit and that's it; I can't believe how popular his movies are.
Sandler was great in Happy Gilmore and his "holiday songs" were funny but that's it there too - he gets old quickly.
Oh yeah Sam Kennison. Sorry, yelling/screaming isn't funny, I'm weird that way.

I hear he is using Roids now and not looking very good at all
