been training for almost a month now. I only see 0.5 inch growth (11 inches to 11.5 inches when arm is fully hanging relaxed, 12 inches when elbow is bent 90 degrees without flexing, 12.5 when elbow bent 90 degrees and flexing)
so, right now my training looks like this:
day 1 -> triceps pulldown 5 x 10 reps (not sure the stack's weight, but only able to lift second stack), hammer curl 5 x 10 reps (15 lbs dumbbells each arm) and close grip palm up pulldown 5x10 reps (7th stack)
day 2 -> belly crunch + cardio
day 3 -> do nothing
day 4 -> identical with day 1
day 5 -> identical with day 2
day 6 -> do nothing
that's the pattern. is this sufficient to get like 13-14 inches in 2-3 months when fully relaxed hanging arm?
