Yes there a couple "frolfin" courses here which are great. Oak Grove and the one in Moorhead. The one in Moorhead is open and much harder then Oack Grove. Oak Grove is much more woodier and fun I think. As far as dance studios i'll have to get back to you on the specifics. My girlfriend (soon to be fiance) coaches a highschool dance team.
