Just wondering if any of the NWA locals show the games of a nearby team every Sunday such as the Chiefs or the Cowboys? or do they just show totally random games every week?

Pretty sure the Chiefs are always on. I think for some reason Dallas too, and maybe St. Louis. I know I am often frustrated as a Packers fan they don't just carry the "game of the week"

If that's the case I'll just start following the Chiefs, thanks. Looks like the Packers and Vikings are showing this Sunday.

St. Louis is no more.
Arkansas has always been Cowboys country more than anything else, and is generally the NFC team that gets televised.
Chiefs would be the AFC representative for some of the state, and KC is just up the road from NWA.

DirecTV has Sunday Ticket so you can see your team each and every week. It's about $300 and you can pay it weekly. I know, it seems expensive but when you're a fan, you're a fan. What can I say?

I'm too cheap to pay for cable tv much less the Sunday Ticket. I'm using an off air antenna and a HdHomerun dual tuner with my Windows media center to act as a dvr, that gives me hd dvr with all the locals for the low price of free. As long as I can follow a halfway decent team every week that's good enough. I followed the Chiefs when I lived in KCMO a couple decades ago, that'll work.

We have DISH and get quite a few games every Sunday but not any of a regular basis. As for the Ticket, at one time we did have it. I think the first 3 years when we had Direct. Now it is you way out of or budget, o we have to live with what we can get.

I checked the next weekend tv guide and the Chiefs game isn't showing on nwa locals. That's kind of what I suspected, they just show totally random teams each week so you can't follow one - oh well.
