Well, I think that leaves just about everyone out except for ruling Monarchs...

Here in Silicon Valley, even the wealthiest still have to comply with zoning laws, flight rules, etc...

Another example of someone with lots of $$$ but lives more like a 'normal' person....

Warren Buffet lives in an early 1900s neighborhood in Omaha, in a house he bought in 1958.

You still have to abide by the Laws of the gov't.

I was thinking of Larry Ellison of Oracle... he is listed as one of the worlds richest men and even with all his money, he is restricted on when his plane can land at San Jose' International Airport...

The San Jose's Mercury News runs stories about many of the Valleys Uber Wealthy and the problems they run into with zoning regulations... so just having money, or lots of it... doesn't equate with having the freedom to do what you want... at least not All of the time
