Fun Spot America Atlanta literally has Atlanta in its name but it is actually in Fayetteville, Georgia (with a 19K population) which is over a half-hour south of Atlanta.
Nevermind this one, their interview with Middletown mayor Nicole Condrey convinced me that this one is a Planet Oasis-type scam. Middletown is only a half-hour from Kings Island anyways.
I don't remember if this one was mentioned yet because it hasn't opened yet but there's a new video on the Lost Island Theme Park opening up in Waterloo, Iowa with a population of just 67K in 2022.
Seward AK has an aquarium and Wahpeton ND has a zoo, but they're really too small to be called "cities" (plus Seward is a tourist area).
Minot ND is just below MSA status and has a zoo.
Dubuque IA has an aquarium.
The Capital Region (1 Million or so) is the smallest market for Six Flags. Richmond, Grand Rapids, and Allentown have Cedar Fair parks (but Allentown can serve for Philly as well).
